here I am in a little cottage that evokes the energies of my ancestral lands - a cottage on the moors of Cornwall, or on the cliff tops of Ireland or Scotland. It has a hearth. I am a hedge witch {of sorts}. I wear upcycled clothes, patchouli oil and Redback boots. I am a gypsy; an eccentric and a mystic [I often live with a foot in two worlds]. I serve my guests, tea from an old silver teapot. I love Vervain, yarrow, chamomile & mint. a new year - a new age



sitting out in the courtyard I sipped.. chatting to Joe as we waited for our meal

fresh king prawns dressed with a home-made sauce

and for the main

served with a fresh salad of greens and fetta

then to finish off our delicious meal

creme brulee - poached pear and a French Quince Liqueur

all in all i had a lovely day - a walk up to Katoomba holding hands with my love - breakfast and then some time in the garden.. a little bit of journalling and an afternoon nap
this was my birthday celebration for 2012...
